The Constitutional Court of Turkey has Annulled The Regulation that Included Real Estate Located on the Bosphorus Coast Line and Parts of the Preview Area as part of the “Zoning Peace” Law

The Law Regarding the Restructuring of Tax and Some Other Receivables and Amending Some Other Codes No. 7143, published in the Official Gazette dated 18 May 2018 and numbered 30425, introduced provisional Article 16 to the Zoning Law No. 3194 and, with the “zoning peace” law, owners of buildings that were constructed prior to 31 December 2017 without a permit or at variance with relevant permits and plans were entitled to receive a Building Registration Certificate.
