Our firm has extensive experience in the area of M&A as counsel to both buyers and sellers through our involvement in the most substantial M&A transactions in Türkiye, in addition to our experience in global transactions with a Turkish component.

We are proud to have represented many of our international clients in Türkiye from their initial entry into the market, through further acquisitions, and in some cases, their exit transactions.

Our firm has experience in all regulated sectors including the energy, media, mining, and telecom markets, not only during the transactional stages but also through the operational phases of major transactions. This enables us to oversee all necessary approval/notification processes, including the submission of relevant applications, which is the key to any successful M&A transaction in a regulated market.

We represent numerous listed companies and/or their shareholders at both the transactional and daily operational level. We have also taken the lead in a number of milestone M&A transactions involving listed companies. This experience enables us to handle all capital markets board-related requirements, such as timely public disclosure of the transactional steps and mandatory tender offer-related requirements such as exemption applications.
