In addition to our involvement in one of the most sizable corporate bond issuances for a Turkish entity, we are also proud to represent our clients regarding their sale/purchase transactions of  shares in the leading publicly held entities in Türkiye. Our experience and extensive regulatory knowledge of publicly held entities places us in a unique position regarding mandatory tender offer transactions as well as any relevant exemption applications.

We also have extensive experience in equity-offering transactions, where we have liaised with both local and international law firms and underwriters, either as counsel for the issuers or underwriters.
