We represent foreign exporters and local producers in investigations before the Ministry of Trade.

We have broad experience in conducting investigations concerning import safeguard measures and antidumping directives issued  by the  General Directorate for Imports of the Ministry of Trade. We act as counsel to Turkish producers on the plaintiff side as well as to foreign exporters on the interested party side.

Working closely with our clients and relying on our extensive experience, we identify and collect the correct import data and product descriptions. We  then use our technical legal background to use this data to create the strongest argument on behalf of our client.

With respect to investigations abroad concerning Turkish exporters, we work closely with associated international firms to provide counsel to Turkish exporters.
