Payment Conditions Revised For Public Land Utilization Fees

The Regulation dated 4 May 2018 on the Renewal and Sale of Tourism Investments Located on Public Lands was amended by a regulation published on 30 November 2018 (“Regulation Amendment”).

The Regulation dated 4 May 2018 on the Renewal and Sale of Tourism Investments Located on Public Lands was amended by a regulation published on 30 November 2018 (“Regulation Amendment”). The Regulation Amendment has changed how utilization fees that arise from tourism investments located on public lands are to be paid.
