The Regulation Amending the Regulation on Management of Treasury Immovables (“Regulation Amendment”) was published on 21 February 2019.

The Regulation Amending the Regulation on Management of Treasury Immovables (“Regulation Amendment”) was published on 21 February 2019 in the Official Gazette. The Regulation Amendment has brought certain changes to the increase rates of the lease, easement and utilization permit fees of the immovables owned by the treasury and revised the lease procedures.
