Turkey Regulates Social Networks

Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Broadcasts via the Internet and the Prevention of Crimes Committed Through such Broadcasts (“Internet Law”) governs the obligations and liability of content providers, hosting providers, access providers, and public use providers and includes provisions on to tackle illegal content on the Internet.
