The Turkish Competition Authority (“TCA”) released a statement to the public on 23 March 2020 stating that they are observing exorbitant price increases, especially in the fresh fruit and vegetable markets, which are taking advantage of the crisis that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought upon us.
