The Turkish Competition Authority Lowered the Market Share Threshold for the Block Exemption Regime

The Turkish Competition Authority published the Communiqué Amending the Block Exemption Communiqué on Vertical Agreements, (“Communiqué No. 2021/4”) in the Official Gazette on 5 November 2021 and Communiqué 2021/4 entered into force on the same day, implementing a significant amendment to the Block Exemption Communiqué on Vertical Agreements (“Communiqué No. 2002/2”).
