“The Regulation Amending the Zoning Regulation for Planned Areas” (“Regulation”) has been published in the Official Gazette dated 12 August 2023 and numbered 32277.

The previous “Regulation Amending the Zoning Regulation for Planned Areas”, which was published on 18 August 2022, allowed for office areas to be converted into residential units subject to satisfaction of certain conditions.
