The Electronic Notification Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 19 January 2013 (“Former Regulation”) has been superseded by the new Electronic Notification Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 6 December 2018 (“New Regulation”). The New Regulation will enter into force on 1 January 2019.

superseded by the new Electronic Notification Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 6 December 2018 (“New Regulation”).
The New Regulation will enter into force on 1 January 2019.The New Regulation has been prepared pursuant to Notification Law No. 7201 (“Notification Law”) and covers the principles and procedures of electronic notifications that will be served by the authorities and institutions which are authorized to serve notifications in line with the Notification Law through the Turkish Postal Service, i.e., Posta ve Telgraf Teşkilatı Anonim Şirketi (“PTT”).
