The Effects of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Real Estate Regulations
Since the first COVID-19 case was confirmed in Turkey on 11 March 2020, significant amendments have been made to the real estate regulations, as is the case with regulations in a number of other sectors. These new regulations have been implemented to help reduce the negative effects of the pandemic and to meet the needs of the market in general.
