The Deadline to Upload Direct Marketing Lists to the Commercial Electronic Messages Management System Has Been Extended
On 23 May 2020, the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey (“Ministry”) announced on the E-Commerce Information Platform’s website that the deadline for uploading opt-in direct marketing lists to the Commercial Electronic Messages Management System (“IYS”) has been extended through 31 August 2020.
