The Constitutional Court has Ruled that the 5-Year Time Limit for Lawsuits Against Parceling Plans is in Conformity with the Constitution
The Constitutional Court (“Court”) rejected an application requesting annulment of a provision in the Zoning Law No. 3194 (“Law”), stipulating a 5-year time limit for filing lawsuits against parceling plans, with its decision numbered 2021/20 E., 2022/84 K. that was published in the Official Gazette dated 6 September 2022 and numbered 31945.
