On March 30, 2023, the Constitutional Court’s decision on the annulment of certain provisions of the Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition (“Competition Law”), which had been filed by some deputies of the main opposition party in the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, was published in the Official Gazette.
