The 2021 International Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Rules Have Come into Force
The 2021 Arbitration Rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”) entered into force on 1 January 2021. The 2021 Rules aim to take a step towards greater efficiency, flexibility, and transparency in arbitration.
