Significant Amendments Have Been Made to Law no.4054 on the Protection of Competition

The “Law Amending the Law on the Protection of Competition,” which provides significant changes to the Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition (“Law No. 4054”), has been published in the Official Gazette and entered into force on 24 July 2020.
