Nazım Olcay Kurt

Nazım O. Kurt is a leader in our Real Estate practice group with a strong reputation for his unique ability to apply his experience in dispute resolution to structure deals with a view towards minimizing potential exposure. Drawing on decades of experience in real estate, corporate, and litigation matters, he takes a 360-degree approach to advising clients with particular focus on strategic decision-making.

Nazım is recognized in the Turkish real estate sector because of his significant involvement in industry organizations and non-government stakeholders such as Real Estate Turkey (GMTR), the Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Association of Real Estate Investment Companies (GYODER), and the Center for Strategic Thinking in Real Estate (GİSP).

Nazım represents local commercial developers and international investors on largescale projects both in deal-structuring and in court, and has extensive experience in commercial real estate litigation, negotiations, international dispute resolution, project development, and permitting, zoning, and licensing. Some of his most high-profile work has involved a decade-long engagement with a prominent multinational transit pipeline project company in real estate and real estate-related litigation matters, requiring work involving a multitude of title deed registries all around Türkiye as well as due diligence and environmental impact assessments.
