She advises domestic and international clients operating in technology, retail, and energy sectors on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international joint venture, and a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions.
She has particular expertise in start-up and venture capital investments, growth-stage company transactions, and technology and e-commerce-focused M&A mandates. Earlier in her career, Ahu led the Mergers & Acquisitions team of a globally operating e-commerce decacorn for approximately four years. She brings a strong, results-driven professional background in end-to-end transaction management, coordination of external counsel across multiple jurisdictions, providing legal advice to senior management, and proactive risk management.
