Dividend Distributions Have Been Limited Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic

Within the scope of measures taken in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, company dividend distributions have been limited by “Law No. 7244 on Reducing the Effects of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic on Economic and Social Life and  the Amendments to Certain Laws”  (“Law No. 7244“) published in the Official Gazette dated 17 April 2020 and Numbered 31102.
