We are proud to present you our first ever edition of Competition Monthly!

Over the past few years, awareness of competition law has significantly increased across all sectors and steady evolution in the legal approach towards a competitive landscape has enhanced the need for legal services in terms of competition law. As such, Competition law has become a field which dictates best business practices, and one in which companies are obliged to manage legal risk in order to achieve commercial success.

For this reason, we are now starting off on a new journey to help our esteemed clients and colleagues keep abreast of all competition law developments in Turkey through a monthly bulletin. “Competition Monthly” will provide you with the most significant competition law developments of the preceding month, as seen through the lens of our recently expanded competition law team.
