Another Exemption for Public Private Partnership Projects was Introduced to the Foreign Currency Loan Ban

The Ministry of Treasury and Finance of Turkey (“Ministry”) introduced another exemption regarding foreign currency loans utilized in Turkey within the scope of Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) projects to the Capital Movements Circular (“Circular”) dated 2 May 2018 with its letter numbered 716498 on 21 December 2020.
