Amendments to Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices to Take Effect 1 March 2022
A regulation amending the Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices was published in the Official Gazette dated 1 February 2022 and numbered 31737. Provisions that amend the existing provisions of the Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices (the “Regulation”) concerning discounted sales, as well as provisions that regulate previously unaddressed subjects, will enter into force on 1 March 2022 and are expected to affect the retail industry in particular.
