A New Exemption for Public Private Partnership Projects was Introduced to the Foreign Currency Loan Ban
On 8 December 2020, the Ministry of Treasury and Finance of Turkey (“Ministry”) introduced a new exemption to the Capital Movements Circular (“Circular”) dated 2 May 2018, regarding foreign currency loans utilized in Turkey within the scope of Public Private Partnership (“PPP”) projects.
