The Guidelines on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices by Social Media Influencers (“the Guidelines”), accepted as the principle decision numbered 2021/2 in the Board of Advertisement (“Board”) meeting dated 4 May 2021 and numbered 309, has entered into force on the date of the decision of the Board of Advertisement.
