Sinem Tugce Aras has been with the firm since 2006. Between 2011 and 2014, she worked as Assistant General Counsel for a company in the United States and then rejoined the firm in 2014 where she has focused on the area of dispute resolution in all aspects of commercial disputes, employment and labor, contracts law, and advises on various legal matters. Her experience covers a wide range of legal disputes including criminal offenses concerning white collar employees. With her previous experience as in-house counsel, she is highly praised for her ability to come up with quick and efficient solutions with respect to legal issues that impact our clients’ daily operations.

Aras has been providing long term consultancy and representation services in various sectors including automotive, pharmaceuticals, technology, e-commerce/tourism, retail, and long-term infrastructure projects with unique experience in a globally recognized oil pipeline project. One of her recent projects concerns providing strategic employment law related consultation services to one of the leading clothing retail companies in the World.
