Nazım Olcay Kurt

Having launched his career here as a trainee in 2001, Nazım has most recently been serving as a managing associate in our general corporate practice group. He primarily specializes in real estate matters and disputes but also has extensive experience in commercial and real estate litigation, negotiating residential and commercial real estate projects, real estate development, permitting and licensing, structuring real estate sections of energy and infrastructure projects and international commercial dispute resolution. He is a PhD candidate at Yeditepe University, and he holds an LL.M. degree from Istanbul Commerce University and an undergraduate degree in law from Marmara University. His articles on real estate-related issues are frequently published in law reviews. He is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association, a founder and current chairman of the board of the Ethical Values Center Association, a member of the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey and the Center for Strategic Thinking in Real Estate, and he is a founder of the Turkish chapter of the International Law Institute.
